SUMMER SHIPPING

Due to the warm weather across the country at this time of year,
shipping is extremely limited to locations that are more than two days away.
In most cases, a COOLER AND ICE PACKS are required ($8.00). In some cases,
even a cooler and ice packs will not protect the product on a two or three day ship.
Refer to the UPS map under our "SHIPPING" tab to determine the number
of days to your locale. Orders consisting of only our FUDGE do not typically

Warm Weather Warning

If you live in a warm weather climate, chocolate orders must arrive within two days after leaving our store. Ice packs and coolers are often required in these situations to ensure the product arrives in exemplary condition. To add a COOLER AND ICE PACK to your shopping cart click HERE.

Check the map below to determine how many days in transit a package will take to reach you. If you are not sure, you can check using the UPS calculator. Use our zip code 18706 as the "Ship From" zip code.

1. Shipping and handling charges are based upon the weight of each recipient’s total candy order. After the first pound, additional items raise shipping cost minimally.

2. Orders are shipped via UPS. UPS delivers Monday – Friday excluding holidays and will not deliver to post office boxes. Your shipment time-frame (2 day, 3 day, etc.) begins the day after the order leaves our building.

3. All prices are based upon U.S. currency.

4. We guarantee arrival of your candy in perfect condition when using the recommended method of shipping. Chocolates are extremely perishable. If product is damaged upon arrival please call us to report the incident, send back the product, and we will replace it.

5. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Because temperatures across the country vary we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday for all shipping methods and options. We send out ground shipments to areas within our two day UPS service area and UPS 2–Day Air shipments on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Thursday shipments are limited to our one day service area.

6. Please provide an address where someone will be to receive the order. Chocolate left outdoors will melt.

7. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii or international destinations must be called in so we can discuss shipping options and cost.

8. During the summer months Next Day Air or Second Day Air shipping may be required to prevent melting.
