Warm Weather Warning
If you live in a warm weather climate, chocolate orders must arrive within two days after leaving our store. Ice packs and coolers are often required in these situations to ensure the product arrives in exemplary condition. To add a COOLER AND ICE PACK to your shopping cart click HERE.

1. Shipping and handling charges are based upon the weight of each recipient’s total candy order. After the first pound, additional items raise shipping cost minimally.
4. We guarantee arrival of your candy in perfect condition when using the recommended method of shipping. Chocolates are extremely perishable. If product is damaged upon arrival please call us to report the incident, send back the product, and we will replace it.
5. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Because temperatures across the country vary we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday for all shipping methods and options. We send out ground shipments to areas within our two day UPS service area and UPS 2–Day Air shipments on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Thursday shipments are limited to our one day service area.
6. Please provide an address where someone will be to receive the order. Chocolate left outdoors will melt.
